Final preparations for media event and experimental requests for ramp-up
1) Introduction (Brian)
slide 3: FASER/SND emulsion exchange : foresee 8 hours instead of 4 hours
Gas injection in SMOG still not in LHCb’s hands, but agreement with vacuum group
to operate on short notice. Will only be hand of LHCb in September.
Q (Widold): will it be ready by VdM scan programme in September.
A (Federico): yes, it’s high priority.
slide 5: beam-beam measurement needs to be scheduled soon, so proponents can plan travel.
slide 6: remaining beam commissioning steps: ~ 5 shifts (daytime).
slide 8: ramping of ALICE magnet: foreseen for end of second fill.
beta* leveling from first fill onwards (evening on July 5th)
slide 9: to be checked if multi bunch indiv injection is set up in injectors

filling scheme for 900 GeV collisions during the night? A: 4b, 2 colliding.
scrubbing: foreseen to be in 2-3 blocks. To be discussed how to handle it.

slide 2: loss maps gave good data. Last one did not take data.
